Cloutier Supply Company is not responsible for shipping delays from our vendors. When picking up merchandise from our warehouse, please review your order to make sure it is accurate and complete.

Contractors must have their customers approve the materials selected to avoid errors or omissions prior to ordering.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

Thank you for choosing Cloutier Supply Company. Please confirm quantities and material on your invoice before ordering. Material prices do not include installation or delivery charges.

Please inspect your material immediately for breakage, defects and/or shortages. Claims must be made within 48 hours of picking up materials. No claims will be accepted after installation. The buyer and installer are responsible for inspectioning all the material prior to installation. Materials may differ in dye-lot and/or shade from samples.

NATURAL STONE POLICY

When ordering natural stone, please remember that the sample you see is only a small representation of a natural, varied and multi-colored stone made by nature, not man.

Please ask for a sample piece from the pallet covering your square footage to be sent. If and when the sample is approved, it will become part of your order.

Once the order has shipped, it is NON-RETURNABLE.

Some vendors will take returns. Cloutier Supply Company must receive authorization on all returns. Authorized returns will be subject to a 30%-40% handling charge.

CUSTOMERS MUST INSPECT THEIR NATURAL STONE BEFORE INSTALLATION.

Natural stone will vary piece to piece. You and your installer must thoroughly inspect all material prior to installation and prepare any blending required to meet the customer's approval.

No claims will be accepted after the natural stone has been installed. Use constitutes acceptance.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All returns must be accompanied by the invoice. SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE ONCE THEY ARE ORDERED. Some vendors will take returns. Cloutier Supply Company must receive authorization on all returns. Authorized returns will be subject to a 30%-40% handling charge. Only full cartons in clean and undamaged boxes will be considered for returns. No returns on any material incompatible with current stock. NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS.
